Background
Samira Pereira is a dual-qualified lawyer in Portugal and Brazil, with a Master's in Latin American Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande.
In international sports law, she represents athletes and clubs, handling contracts, transfers, image rights and contractual disputes. In immigration law, she provides specialised advice on visas, residence permits and nationality proceedings across European Union Member States, not limited to Portuguese jurisdiction. Her practice also covers criminal law.
As a distinct specialisation, she brings together sports law and immigration law in legal advisory work for foreign athletes at Portuguese clubs.
